Booking and Confirmation:
- Electronic booking requires accurate information and confirmation of payment

Payment and Cancellation:
- The full trip amount must be paid before the departure date
- In case of trip cancellation, a cancellation policy applies based on the timeframe before the departure date

Standard Cancellation:
-Cancelling 24 hours or more before the tour date, is charged a service fee of 50% of the total value
Cancelling less than 12 hours before the tour date is charged 100% of the total value

Cancellation due to medical reasons:
-The client is entitled to an individual refund by providing a medical certificate from a local hospital/doctor, including the traveler’s full name and stating the illness type and inability to go for a tour

- The orders are refunded to the same payment method used for the order payment
- The documents must be provided in English language

Terms and Conditions Updates:
- Arabian Travel reserves the right to update its terms and conditions without prior notice

Important information:
- Sea activities are subject to changes, last minute cancellations due to unpredictable weather or sea conditions
- All tours and routes can be changed or canceled at any moment during the tour to assure the safety of customers and employees 
- Terms and conditions applicable to passengers on the tour
- All such losses and expenses are the personal liability of the travelers
- Arabian Travel advises all customers to have valid travel insurance
- This insurance should be obtainable in one’s country of residence and usually covers, to some extent, accidents that might occur
